Privacy Policy Information with regard to the processing of personal data This text contains important information, we advise you to read it carefully. Our intention is to provide you with information with regard to how the American Club of Sweden will process your personal data. The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Act (1998:204). The American Club of Sweden is the controller of personal data. You may apply for membership by using the online membership application or by forwarding the relevant information to us by post. You are required to give information such as your name, address, workplace, and telephone number (personal data). The personal data is used to consider your application and will be included in the American Club of Sweden's membership register. The information will also be used in order to give you information about events, news, and issues that might interest you as a member of the American Club of Sweden. The information may be forwarded to organizations connected with the American Club of Sweden outside the European Enlarged Area (EEA) to be used for the purposes stated above. You may, at any time, inform us in writing if you no longer wish to receive information from us by sending an e-mail to info@amclubsweden.org or by post to The American Club of Sweden, Box 163 46, SE-103 26 Stockholm. Additionally, once a year you may request information concerning your personal data that has been processed by the American Club of Sweden. We will on request correct the information if it is out of date or inaccurate.
