On October 8, 2003, the American Club of Sweden merged with American Citizens Abroad in Sweden ("ACA/Sweden"). ACA/Sweden is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to educational activities and supporting its members' needs and is a country affiliate of American Citizens Abroad ("ACA"), an international organization with headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. ACA is a nonprofit nonpartisan association dedicated to serving and defending the interests of individual U.S. citizens living worldwide. ACA also provides news and information relevant to U.S. citizens living abroad which is, in turn, distributed to ACA/Sweden's members.

The American Club of Sweden will provide ACA news from Geneva in the American Club News Bulletin as well as breaking news via e-mail. In addition, ACA's website is accessible via the American Club website.
