The American Club of Sweden cordially invites you to the 48th Annual Golf Challenge to be held at Österåkers Golf Club. At stake are four trophies: the McDonald’s Cup for the Club champion with the best gross score (strokeplay), the General Motors Cup for the best Stableford result, the Texaco Cup for the best net score (strokeplay) and the the AT&T Nordic Ladies Cup for the best ladies score (Stableford). Winners receive a miniature cup to keep while the trophies may only be held until the next tournament.
All golfers are welcome!
Registration Details
Price: TBD, estimated at 600 SEK -- includes 18 holes of competitive golf at Österåkers Golf Club, food at the kiosk during play (korv med bröd, drink and coffee) and dinner in the clubhouse after golf and awards.

Registrations will be confirmed by August 4th with payment instructions and final amount. Payments will be due by August 6th to confirm your registration and space is limited - first come, first served. Reservations are binding and no-shows will not be refunded.

Special MeetingApril 17 from 5:00-5:30 at the Hard Rock Cafe prior to our Third Thursday networking happy hour (For details about this month's Third Thursday, please see below.) The American Club of Sweden Board is proposing changes to the Club's bylaws, which must be presented to, and voted upon, by members at two separate Club meetings. The first presentation and vote will be made prior to this month's Third Thursday, from 5:00-5:30 at Hard Rock Cafe. Members are encouraged to attend this members only meeting to consider the proposal to amend the Club's bylaws. This Special Meeting is free of charge but open only to Club members. The proposed changes to the Club's bylaws are available here (PDF) for download.
